How to Set Up Alexis

Getting started with Alexis is incredibly simple. You don't need to host anything yourself; just invite the bot to your server and follow the quick configuration steps.

Invite the Bot

First, you need to invite Alexis to your Discord server. The bot requires Administrator permissions to properly manage channels, roles, and categories for the ticket system.

Run the Setup Command

Once the bot is in your server, any server administrator can run the setup command to configure the ticket system:

/setup

This command will walk you through setting up the Staff role, the Transcript Log channel, the Category where tickets will be created, and your preferred language (from 26 options).

Send the Panel

After setup is complete, you can generate an interactive ticket panel in any channel using:

/sendpanel

Users can click the dropdown menu on this panel to select a category (like General Support, Billing, or Bug Report) and instantly open a ticket.

/add - Add a user to a ticket
/remove - Remove a user from a ticket
/close - Close the ticket and generate a secure web transcript
